He was very prompt in coming to our home to assess the damage, and he was also present when the insurance adjuster came to assess the damage, which gave us much reassurance. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, explained the process in detail, answered all of our questions, and quickly responded to phone calls or messages. He even reviewed our initial insurance claim and identified a few details that the insurance adjuster had overlooked. The roofers were very polite, professional, hard-working, and provided quality service. This company is dependable, trustworthy, and detail oriented.
